The Consultation Process:

Initial Contact:
Reach out to us through our convenient online form or give us a call to express your interest in a consultation. Our friendly team will promptly respond to gather basic project details and schedule a convenient time for your consultation. We usually request a copy of the engineered foundation plans, the soils report and photographs of the site and surrounding area. Don’t worry if you don’t have all of these things we can provide help if necessary.

Project Assessment:
During the consultation, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your project. We’ll discuss your specific needs, project goals, and any unique considerations that may influence the helical pier installation.

Site Visit (If Required):
Depending on the complexity of your project, we may conduct a site visit to assess the terrain, soil conditions, and other critical factors. This ensures that our helical pier solution is tailored to the specific characteristics of your site.

Customized Solution:
Armed with the information gathered, we’ll present you with a range of customized helical pier solutions. We will explain the proposed approach, addressing any questions or concerns you may have and ensuring you have a clear understanding of the recommended foundation solution.

Transparent Cost Estimate:
Following the solution presentation, we’ll provide you with a transparent and detailed cost estimate. Our goal is to ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of the helical pier installation.

Place Your Order
Once you have signed the contract payment for your project is broken into 3 installments.
Initial payment: Most piers are an engineered solution. This means specific piers will be purchased for your project. For this reason 100% of pier material costs plus 1/3 of the estimated installation fee is due upon contract execution. This will secure a position on our schedule and ensure your piers are on the way.
Installation Payment: 1/3 of installation fee is due on the commencement of installation.
Final Delivery: The final balance is due upon final report submission to the client and with approval to the project engineer and building inspector.
